Aims and Objectives

Aim
To honour the life and legacy of Martin Schellenberg (1959-2021) by supporting the musical education of young people in selected geographic areas.
 

Objectives

• To identify young musicians up to and including the age of 24 years, from target geographic areas:

  • With a talent in voice, piano and/or organ.

  • Who make classical, operatic or jazz music.

  • Who need financial support to advance their studies.

• To provide financial and non-financial support to the identified young musicians.

• To work with a spirit of inclusivity and in partnership with others.
